How to Use It

Each suite of PowerDreams recordings has specific listening instructions tailored to the product line.  Regardless of which suite you are working with, the goal is to create a new habit or thinking pattern - just like going to the gym to train your physical muscles, you have to train your mental muscles.  To do so, consistent use (2-3 times/week) during the first three weeks is highly recommended.  This is especially important when the audio technology is combined with guided imagery as you are literally creating a new mental muscle memory.

The following are specific instructions for each suite of recordings.
PLEASE NOTE:   As with any form of brainwave technology, if you are PREGNANT, wear a PACEMAKER, have a history of SEIZURES or EPILEPSY or take ANTIPSYCHOTIC MEDICATION, please CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN PRIOR TO LISTENING TO THESE RECORDINGS.

DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE RECORDINGS WHILE DRIVING.

PASS THE BAR SUITE

In order to get the most out of your PowerDreams recordings, and position yourself to pass the bar, we recommend the following use:

Pass the Bar™ and Rules of Law™  both provide a great way to be efficient and  productive, while giving your eyes a short break.  Listen to these recordings with your eyes closed in a comfortable positiion at least twice a week during your bar preparation.

StudySounds (rain)™ and StudySounds (music)™ are designed to be listened to WHILE you study your main bar prep materials.  The brainwaves imbedded in the sounds on these recording will help you both to concentrate and retain your substantive materials.  Every hour you must take a 10 minute break from the recordings to allow your brain to relax and recharge.

SleepSounds™  Listen to these sounds with your eyes closed in bed right before falling asleep and you will be transported to the delta state allowing you to get the rest you need.

RiseN’Shine™  Listening to this recording  as you are waking up, will  quickly bring your brain to the alert and energetic state  you need to be in to make the most out of your study time.  You can listen with eyes open or closed, as you start your day. 

KEY TO CREATE™ SUITE

Create Compelling Characters™   As this recording lets you explore your character from your creative side, listen to it when preparing for a role, whether it be for work on set, an audition or work on a scene in class.  You can also choose what aspects of your character life that are the most important for you to explore by listening to just one of the 3 set recordings, should you have time limitations.

A Journey through the Moment Before™ Listen to this recording right before your scene begins, to build and heighten the moment before and be ready to step out and perform.

Nailing the Audition™  Listen to the full length recording 2-3 times per week for the first three weeks and then when you have an audition, listen to the full length the night before and the short version the morning of the audition. 

Connect to Your Lines™  For a firmly established connection to your subtext and increased memorization capabilities, listen to this recording 2-3 times per week for the first three weeks and then, as needed for any roles you are working on.

SleepSounds™  Listen to these sounds with your eyes closed in bed right before falling asleep and you will be transported to the delta state allowing you to get the rest you need.
